This Class will cover being prepared and aware of surroundings and potential threats. This is class 1 in a series of 3. Class 1 will cover skills to get out of holds as well as striking an blocking. The course is geared toward women but all are welcome to attend ages 10 and up. Open to members and the public.

The course is developed and taught by Fenton Police Department Detective Tom Cole and his wife. Detective Cole is a 20 year member of the Fenton Police Force and spent many years as a the Fenton area school district Student Resource Officer.
